Before starting i want to tell you this process not takes any type of permission or any other application i already told you
Step 1 :- Login you Facebook either in Facebook or Facebook Lite.
Step 2 :- Select the video which you want to Download.
Step 3 :- Copy the video link by clicking on top right ⋮ and select from drop-down list.
Step 4 :- Now go to any browser Chrome (recommended).
Step 5 :- Paste the copied link in address bar
Step 6 :- Wait to complete load the video, not to play videos
Step 7 :- After loading the video, Go to Address bar
Step 8 :- You can see link starts from m.facebook.com/xxxxxxx
Step 9 :- Select the highlighted text m.facebook.xxxxxxxxxxx
Step 10 :- Change this from m. to mbasic.facebook and remains should be same.
Step 11 :- Now you can see Facebook opens in basic mode.
Step 12 :- Now tap to play video and wait the next screen of playing video and now you can see

Step 13 :- Now you can see download option
Step 14 :- Now you can see your video is downloading
Guyz i think your video is now downloading obsessively because I have also try this steps and works for me and if you faces any encounter so you can ask me freely.
